Leírás

The STAHLWERK CTM-416 Puls Pro combination welding machine is a powerful 6-in-1 inverter with 160 A and combines the TIG | MIG MAG | MMA | FLUX welding processes in one device. Equipped with a pulse function, the welding machine is also suitable for processing cored wire and welding thin sheet metal and aluminum. The versatile multifunctional device also has an integrated 40 A plasma cutter, equipped with a precise contact ignition for the best ignition properties. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 10 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 10 mm, V2A or V4A up to 7 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm). Equipped with the latest generation of IGBT technology, the versatile gas-shielded arc welder impresses with its synergic wire feed and numerous individually adjustable welding parameters. Thanks to the pulse function in MIG MAG mode, the device is even suitable for aluminum welding.
Functions
MIG MAG. Gas metal arc welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be carried out with inactive/inert (MIG, e.g. argon) or active (MAG, e.g. CO2) gases. Gas and welding wire come from one torch head and enable welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
MIG pulse. The pulse function also allows aluminum to be processed.
DC TIG welding. Direct current (DC). Welding of almost all metals, such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and many more.
Flux-cored wire welding | FLUX. MIG MAG welding without gas using a special wire.
Automatic wire feed speed (automatic wire feed). The welding wire is automatically untwisted from the spool and pushed by the wire feed unit through a hose package several meters long to the contact tip in the torch. The speed is self-regulating, depending on the welding current.
MMA | E-Hand. Manual electrode welding is a universal welding process as it can be used under almost all conditions.
Plasma cutter. All conductive metals, e.g. standard steel, copper, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, etc. can be cut without any problems.
Contact ignition. A light touch on the workpiece is enough to ignite in plasma mode. There must be permanent contact with the workpiece for the cut.
Anti-stick. If the electrode sticks to the workpiece, the welding current is automatically reduced. The electrode does not burn out and can be detached from the workpiece more easily.
Features & advantages
As a special highlight, the welding machine has an integrated LED light to illuminate the wire guide, which enables the wire reel to be changed quickly even in poor visibility conditions. This is activated automatically when the protective cover is opened.
Hotstart. Automatic voltage increase at start for better ignition results. Prevents the sticking of the rod electrode by briefly superimposing the set welding current and heats up the start of the weld seam more quickly.
IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative technology that sets new standards in welding technology.
Overheating protection. Switches on as soon as the device is overloaded and goes out as soon as the device cools down again.
Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables maximum duty cycle to be utilized thanks to excellent cooling.
ST-Guard housing. Is ergonomic, robust and reliable. The control panel is easily accessible and intuitive to operate.
Welding current. Infinitely variable welding current. Set the welding current according to the material thickness of your base material.
Voltage regulation. Variable voltage control to manually adjust the penetration and burn-off of the wire. The higher the voltage, the faster the wire burns off. A lower or higher setting can be selected depending on the material and material thickness. This allows the automatic wire feed to be adjusted slightly by speeding up or slowing down the burn-off.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manually switching the VRD function on/off allows the output voltage of the welding machine to be reduced to a safe level to protect the operator when touching the electrode while welding is not in progress.
